Recommended post-match temperature & duration?

For optimum post-match recovery, we recommend 11-14°C for 10-12 minutes. This temperature range provides effective vasoconstriction without the risk of hypothermia, as validated by our clinical studies on over 2,000 athletes.

For intensive tournaments, we recommend 8-minute sessions at 12°C between matches, with the possibility of 3-minute contrast cycles (hot/cold) to optimize circulation and maintain performance over several days.

Our UV + ozone filtration systems require filter replacement every 6 months for intensive use. Daily maintenance is limited to 5 minutes of automated checks. Quarterly preventive maintenance included in our contracts.
